POLYTETRAFLUORETHYLENE PTFE:

QUALITIES:

  • Thermal resistance
Thermal PTFE resins resist temperatures between -65ºC and 260ºC.

  • Anti-adherence
Nothing adheres to the surface, unless a special treatment is given.

  • Mechanization
Its low hardness, 5 - 70 Shore, allows easy mechanization.

  • Thermal insulator
It has exceptional insulating characteristics specially as a dielectric material, which stay constant within a very wide range of frequencies.

  • Practically absolute chemical resistance

PTFE WITH SPECIAL-PURPOSE CHARGES:

  • Fiber of glass (25%) Carbon (25%)
  • Carbon (25%) + Graphite (2%)
  • Graphite (10%)
  • Bronze (60%)
  • Stainless steel (50%)
  • Ceramics (15%)

SANDWICH TYPE GASKET:

The sandwich type gasket, covered with PTFE, combines the chemical resistance of PTFE with the mechanical resistance and the elasticity of the material inserted:

  • Cardboard, graphite or rubber.

VITON OR SILICONE TORIC GASKET ENCAPSULATED IN F.E.P. :

Gasket with chemical resistance specially indicated for the food industry.

PTFE GASKET WITH PERFORATED STEEL CORE

Gasket with a 100% chemical resistance, zero contamination and without restrictions for use in the food industry.
