QUALITIES

GLASS FIBRE

Fire resistance, oil, gas, dissolvent, acid and base resistant.

• Temperature limit 450 ºC

HIGH TEMPERATURE TREATED GLASS FIBRE

These products are made of twisted and woven silica yarns.

• Temperature limit 800 ºC

CERAMIC FIBRE

Resistant to acid and alkaline products, except phosphoric and fluorhidric acid, and highly concentrated alkaline solutions.

• With glass fibre core 650 ºC
• With stainless steel core 1100 ºC

SILICA FIBRE

This material results from a chemical and thermal treatment of glass fibre. The result is almost chemically pure silica.

• Temperature limit 850 ºC

ARAMID FIBRE

Great abrasion and chemical product resistance.

For medium and high temperatures: aluminized, teflonized, siliconized, rubber finish and metal insert.

Applications:

• Industrial insulating
• Fire-proof blankets and curtains
• Protective fire-proof clothing
• Soft gaskets

ROUNDED TWISTED CORDS

Applications:

• Insulating and sealing
• Pipeways and doorways
• Oven doors, drying tunnels, boilers and heaters

KNITTED BRAIDS

Squared and rounded shape.

Applications:

• Ovens, heaters and steam boilers

SOFT RUBBER COATED GASKETS

It is made of rubber coated fabric and folded to the required thickness. Outer graphite, silicone, butyl or hypalon finish.

Applications:

• Boiler hatches, oven manholes, flanges, autoclaves.

EXPANSION JOINTS – COMPENSATORS

Gaskets for expansion and thermal conduction problems arising in general and industrial piping.

Applications:

• For high temperatures, gases and acids
• Rounded sleeves for cable protection, glass fibred silicone coated hoses
