Vulcanization:
The vulcanization process is carried out on special presses with pressure and heat. The correct mix for the clients needs are used, thus ensuring that the final product has the required physical and chemical properties.
RUBBER MOLDED PARTS:
- Pieces molded in just rubber or with cotton and metal inserts
- Flectors, nozzles, conduit, toric joints, semi-torics, diaphragms, washers, bushes, stops and collars
- Pieces from drawings or samples throughout the whole range of natural and synthetic rubber
- Silicon and Viton toric joints encapsulated in FEP
RUBBER – METAL:
From our clients drawings and specifications we make all types of special rubber with metal pieces. Materials that absorb noises, vibration and impacts:

SILICONE MOLDED PARTS
